The Eire 1 Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) is a regional education service organization serving the needs of schools and communities in Western New York. BOCES was established by the New York State Legislature in 1948 to provide quality cost-effective educational services to schools through cooperation and sharing. Erie 1 BOCES Serves approximately 74,441 students in 19 component school districts around the city of Buffalo.
